Can you use this over gel polish for strengthening natural nails?

I use this FIRST, to strengthen my natural nails. Then I polish, with regular or gel polish.

Is this to apply over entire nail when using a fake nail tip ? And can you use it as glue as well for fake nail tips?

I used it on my natural nails ! I’m assuming you could use this as glue it works pretty good on my nails it stayed on for a couple of weeks!
