This is very helpful when you want to change out the resin and/or you have a failed print and you need to clean up the mess to avoid damaging the printer. This allows you to dump the resin back into the container and ensure that no random chunks are included with the liquid.

While the build quality of all components is fantastic, I didn't think a couple of things through on this purchase. First, the unique construction means extra time spent on disassembly and thorough cleaning each time. For those of us who switch resin colors often, or who just deal with having to clean our vats from failures, this adds a lot - and I mean a LOT - of time to the process. Also, regarding the cleanup, it's actually not very easy to. The tools with the funnel (brush, sponge) gunk up easily with leftover resin no matter how much alcohol you use, so then what do you do? Leave contaminated cleaning materials around?I think the funnel is a great idea, and the interchangeable filters certainly work, but cleanup means that I'll probably switch back to disposable filters.

I like this funnel! My old resin printer funnel was a collapsible silicone one that didn't open very wide. This one is rigid and comes with a screen that can be removed and washed so that the holes don't plug up. Much less chance of missing too when you're dumping out the resin tray. Give it a go!

Does what it's supposed to, the filters are a bit questionable as the holes are almost too fine for Resin to filter through them.

It is a good funnel that sits stable in the resin bottle. The filters, one fine and one course, fit snuggly in the funnel. Because the filters are disk shaped, they aren't blocked by the funnel wall like paper filters can become. No more paper filters to buy. No more filters collapsing in on themselves in the funnel. This set is easy to use, easy to clean, works perfectly and is sturdy to last. A great design at a fair price. I recommend it highly.

This strainer is fantastic for my resin printer resin. Filters like it should and love the fact it’s metal. It cleans easily and isn’t hard to scrub if anything sticks to it.
