Just mate tea. tastes fine, tea bags work, packaging okay, just too expensive but it is the best mate Amazon has.

One of my favorite brands.
I can always count on this tea for flavor and effectiveness. It's my miracle worker for gut indigestion! But I do add vanilla and stevia.

Nice alternative for energy
This tea is great for energy, For the last few months I cut back on coffee but was struggling without a pick me up. This was the perfect compromise for me. I also found it does curb my appetite as some other reviews mentioned. It’s a little pricey but it’s 75-bag supply so I think it’s worth it for the benefits.

delicious alternative for coffee
I switched from daily coffee to Yerba and I will never go back. I dont get jitters, or a stomach ache like I do with coffee, but plenty of caffeine to get the day started

Yerba is an acquired, vegetal/grassy taste. Provides slow, even release of caffeine, though.
