Product is not working. The USP port is a joke. No MP3 could be downloaded to the product. Card reader did not work. It worked as a radio for a week, then the whole devised just shot down. SCAM

Not used yet instructions not very good

Does not come with the 32GB SD card needed, and don't bother trying anything larger than 32gb, it does not work with anything bigger.The instruction booklet is awful. The switch on it can be clicked, but there's no physical click feedback, which is how you actually select things. The default settings are prioritized for battery saving at the cost of everything else so:Get the item, buy batteries, buy the SD card, spend a good hour messing around with the settings, only then you'll finally have a mediocre MP3 player that can hold an okay amount of music...And you basically have to set it to repeat all, move to the next album, and then set it to repeat folder, to only play the album/playlist that you've set up.Also there's a horrible buzzing noise.

Item does not work - unable to load or listen to any music on it

No headphones, no manual. Sent in a plastic bag. Didn't work, wouldn't play any files. Cut out sound on computer when plugged in. Didn't expect quality but would expect it to work. Waste of my time. Returned for refund.

All my downloaded music won't even appear on this device when you switch it on a complete waste of money

It just doesn't work, I downloaded a now compilation cd onto a music SD card, put it into the mp3 player and got nothing out. I've tried different devices with no joy. Another bag of #### from Amazon.

Absolute crap!!! You get what you pay for and this was sent to me and they must have known it wasn't working. It was taped up over the opening, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
