best belt I have seen or used
I use it to help my wife walk. She has Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS) and is losing the ability to walk without assistance. With it's multiple handles, it makes it easy to control her position.

This works great to help my Mom with steps
I bought this to help my Mom to walk up a few steps for 3 meals a day in our home. The rest of the time she uses her walker. Love all the handles and the quick release on the strap.

Necessary item for caretaker help
Fits to at least 4X and snaps on easily. First week of knee surgery I would just sleep with this around my waist so my husband could help instantly when I needed to get off bed and run to restroom. When I needed to be helped in or out of the shower, it was easy on and off snap. I could make it wider to fit around me and my towel.Heavy duty plastic and material.

Not quite the one
This belt is made well but for an 87 year old who is afraid to stand, the belt will ride up out of position and put too much pressure on stomach. Found one with straps on legs as well so it won't ride up
