Q: Does anyone know if this service will work with utility knives, razor blades, xacto blades, etc?

Do you truly require a medical waste disposal facility for the items you describe? It seems like a heavy-duty plastic jar with lid would keep these sharp objects from harming anyone until it reaches the landfill. It would be much less expensive. Your desire to protect others is commendable I wish we had more people like you.

Q: Is the prepaid label for usps, ups, or fedex? any issues with usps since they always ask what is in the box?

USPS The box is labeled and there is also a hazardous form you complete and place on the outside of the outer box. There is an inner & outer box

Q: Will this fit amovig pens?

There is a sharps disposal container you should use. Since you also need to dispose the aimovig pen, the product I use will not work as it is needles only. I would recommend you contact a medical supplier to determine which sharps product to use.

Q: Can I use this to dispose of Freestyle Libre ?

The 2 openings on the top of the BD Sharps container are no bigger than the tip of my index finger. The plastic top is very strong and cannot be modified. I'm not familiar with the product you mention, however it they are larger than that, they will not fit in this disposal container.
