How do you get away with writing "Kraft" - a registered trademark, on your product label?

Ingredient list for Kraft Cheese Powder Cheese Sauce Mix- Cheese sauce mix (whey, milkfat, milk protein concentrate, salt, sodium phosphate, contains less than 2% of citric acid, lactic acid, calcium phosphate, with paprika, turmeric, and annatto added for color, enzymes, cheese culture).- This is NOT what is listed on the package in this product. If 50 lbs are being brought and repackaged to 1 lb , FDA would require this operation to apply GMP standards and have the ingredient list reproduced on the repackaged label.

I don't know. Nothing is listed on the package, not even the ingredients. I called the place where it was shipped from and they could not tell me anything. I will not purchase this product again.

I no longer have the package it came in. I do seem to recall it said Kraft on the label. The flavor is quite good even if not from Kraft. I ordered this once before and it definitely not from Kraft and favor was okay but clearly not from Kraft
