What is the warranty if the pillow "deflates" and I want to return it?

The one count is standard size. All king pillows are wider than standards. They most likely will not fit in the pillowcases that come with a twin, full or queen size set. However, you can often find a king pair of pillowcases to match your linens.

what does the silicone-coated gel fibers/down-like fibers feel like (i.e latex foam)

I love this pillow! It is the most comfortable, softest pillow I have ever had. I sleep on the soft side, with it placed on an additional firm pillow underneath to keep my head elevated. I have never taken notice of "fibers" or anything else. I just enjoy the comfort it provides.

Should u wash a new pillow before u use it?

Like a normal pillow, the inner surface should never be washed via a machine. And in this case should only be hand washed in case of an accidental spill. Purchase a pillow cover in the right size, wash that. Then layer a normal pillowcase. Both can be washed as needed.
