I use this product to seal shrinkable bags mainly and its a time saver for sure , there a different settings for different bag thinkness which is all explained in the manual, i would say ive sealed close to six hundred bags so far and not one has unsealed throughout the shrinking process, i took a chance on this machine as the reviews i read didnt fill me with confidence and i can say its perfect for my business and if you follow the user manual you wont have a problem

Bought this to seal heat-shrink bags. They are quite thin poly, so should be no problem.Did the first sel - great! Turned the bag to reseal for trimming - nothing. The light came on, the machine made a noise to make me think it was working, but didn't seal.I then tried all settings from min to max and still couldn't get it to seal.I have to say, the time of operation didn't seem to vary with the settings either.Final point: when it arriVed the polystyrene packaging was damaged. I took no notice at the time, but after the above debacle, I think this nay have been a previous return.

I’ve used this to seal over 200 teabags and every one has been perfect. Very quick to seal, just a couple of seconds and the instructions were good. Really happy with this purchase. The seal is very slim so perfect for teabags.

The media could not be loaded. This item wasn’t working, no matter what heat setting I put it on, it was not heating up at all, got the hubby to change the element for me (it comes with 2 spares as well as fuses) to see if that was the cause. Turns out that the end of the element was not fitted correctly or had loosened & all he needed to do was re-adjust and tighten everything so that the ends would meet when pressing down the handle. The hubby thought it still wasn’t working when he touched it & he nearly jumped through the ceiling bc it was HOT! Extremely hot - do NOT touch!It now works like a dream, and I really do love how easy it is to seal just about everything. We have a vacuum seal & sealer for the kitchen, so this one was solely for my craft room. I will use it for loads but for the purpose of this review I packed up some stickers into different thickness plastic bags and it is so quick and so easy to operate. For the last bag of stickers, you can see that the heat setting was on 2 and it didn’t seal the bag, I literally turned it to 4 didn’t have to wait at all, and the 4 setting did the job almost immediately.I also sealed some cereal bags & pasta half opened bags - quick and easy.I just wish it looked as well as it works. It is dated in colour & finish; the fuse button is ugly and faces in as opposed to the back of the machine where at least then you won’t see & the simplicity of the knob on the side of the machine. If you don’t care about looks and just want a reliable bag sealer that works fast and efficiently this really is brilliant – if you care about what is looks like… then no, not this one.

I use this product to heat wrap my wax bars and small items and it’s great. This is the 3rd one Iv night in a year and yo-yo now the best.

The working light comes on for half a second then turns off no matter the setting 1-8 seconds. The sealer never gets to temperature and it arivved witha few scuff marks on the front so it seems like it was used before,or badly packaged.

Used this for a week with my product pouches- worked okay. After trying to use it again this week it failed to work. Changed fuse and did nothing. Not long lasting.
