Lousy design
This obviously was not designed by any one that has ever used a stand mixer. To add ingredients you must raise the head, remove the beater or hook from the mixer and take out the mixing bowl. The head only rises about 2 inches and the appliance simply cannot clear the bowl. Nor is there any way to add ingredients while the bowl is in place. The head is in the way. The mixer needs to be redesigned and tested by people who know what they’re doing in the kitchen. It’s cute tho’.

Nice looking unit, works well so far..
I bought this mixer as a b-day present to myself. Many yrs ago, I had a Sunbeam stand mixer & hoped this one will be well used too. I picked the green one, really looks more turquoise but still like it alot...happy color. Comes with beater, whisk, dough hook & splash guard. Also a very deep metal bowl. Generous size for whipping cream or meringue. Bowl locks into unit. Nice safety feature is when beater is raised, unit will not run, must be lowered & locked in to operate. Used it today to mix up cake batter & then to make frosting. No mixes, all scratch made. Worked well. Keeping fingers crossed for many yrs use.

Worth the buy.
It works well! My only problem is it doesn't fully mix at the bottom. I'll have to scrape it with a spoon and will still find flour that hasn't been mixed in. I can still work with it tho. Love the overall design and color. The suction cups on the bottom work great. This makes things a lot easier then making things by hand.

Plastic Base of Whisk Stripped!
After reading the critics I thought this Kuppet mixer would work for making Divinity Candy. It did not! The recipe calls for beating the stiff egg white/hard ball stage sugar syrup mixtures together for 10-20 minutes. Before 10 minutes I heard a different sound and checked to find that the whisk had stripped out and fallen into the mixture - the whisk is ruined, will not even fit into place. I'm so disappointed! I had to borrow my daughter's Kitchen Aide mixer to finish. It worked just great.

No functional low setting
Not sure why they include “suction power” and “thickness” as categories to review here. This mixer works Ok, and the biggest positive feature is that it is much lighter than the kitchen aide mixers. The disappointment is that the speed settings really do not do much. Even the lowest setting is super fast. There is no actual low setting. It also does not open up as high as some others making adding ingredients a little more awkward. Overall, it does the job and is MUCH more affordable than other mixers. I do wish it had a true low setting. The dough hook, although it looks like shiny metal is also just plastic.
