... it's for kids but if your and adult and love to party
It says it's for kids but if your and adult and love to party, this is a game changer for sure. Sure there are pills out there that claim to cure a hangover but it's really taking care of yourself that is going to make the difference of your next morning hell or feeling fine.Gatorade and powerade are fine but they're for preventing dehydration, not recovering from being dehydrated. Yes, it'll work but not nearly as well as Pedialyte. It's easy on your stomach and you can have some before you go to bed for best results and even drinking before going out helps.I've been to festivals in 90 degree plus heat all day, partied all night and when I have pedialyte packed, I know I'll be in good shape the next day to do it all over again. It's not well known and seriously, you can't lose anything by trying it. Pick one up at the grocery store and put it in your fridge. Wait until your out and had too much to drink and you stumble into your house, drink a whole bottle and stay up for 40 minutes because you do NOT want to wake up in a few hours with a full bladder. Not fun.Next morning, depending on how much you drove yourself into the ground, you'll feel MUCH better than you should have. It's not a miracle cure but you sure as hell will have one in your fridge for when you need it.

Great for Runnres
I use this product all the time when I am running. I like it so much more than Gatorade. It is not sweet. It is a little salty when you first taste it but it works amazing in keeping you hydrated. The powder packets make it easy to tuck into a pocket or back and mix in a water bottle. I also drink this when I am feeling dehydrated or am sick with a cold. Works great for rehydrating.

A real game-changer
Have you ever been told to drink water and eat greasy food to prevent a hangover? Maybe chug some Gatorade? I was never the heaviest drinker, but I largely stopped after college because even indulging in a few beers after work wasn't worth how it made me feel. I bought this powder on a whim and, I can't believe I'm saying this, but Pedialyte prevents hangovers.I mean, sure, this isn't a digestion aid. This isn't a liver or any type of metabolic aid. You're still damaging your body. But you can function the next day. It often feels like you didn't drink at all the night before. And that's why I have to tap Pedialyte as one of the greatest-yet-unknown inventions of our time. Try it one time and you will not be able to live without it. I do not drink without having Pedialyte on hand.

This product is a must-have for me
I love having rehydration powder so that when I need it all I have to do is stir it into some water and I'm all set. No need to keep bottles of such products in the refridgerator. The boxes of powder don't take up much room and the ones I received June 27, 2020 have a 'use by' date of February 1, 2022. I prefer to make it with cold water but if you need it, room temperature will work. In England the equivalent product is made by Boots and I have used that also.

Highly recommended
I’d had Pedialyte recommended to me several times but looking at the offerings at my local drug store I was surprised at the high price. Finally I decided to search good ole Amazon and I’m glad I did! While not cheap, it’s still much less than the liquid version. I bought the grape flavor, which is pretty good, but there’s a saltiness to Pedialyte that makes it less than a joyous occasion to drink. But I after drinking one I feel like a plant given Miracle Grow. It’s quite an extraordinary experience. Highly recommended if you need to replace electrolytes for any reason.

Great option instead of the bulky bottles
Great to have in your cabinet for when the need arises. And it takes up infinitely less than the big bulky bottles. Plus if you need it, you really don’t feel up to going to the store to get some so having some on hand in these little pouches is a great alternative

Move over Gatorade, this is the BEST
I get migraines from working too hard in the garden. Gatorade has been my go-to for rehydration, but it's not always enough. I switched to Pedialyte for those days when I work up a serious sweat. It works! It does leave kind of an odd aftertaste, but it's not unpleasant, so no stars off for that. The packets are very convenient, and there are several in my first-aid kit as well as in the emergency supply bucket. Highly recommended.
