A testament to the art of colour composition, this book – art directed by Wong himself and produced to the highest printing standard – brings together a complete and refined body of images that are evocative, timeless and completely transporting. Rounding out the volume's special treatment is the first publication use of the 45/90 font, designed by Henrik Kubel, of London-based A2-TYPE. The book also features a section that reveals the creative and technical process of Wong’s method, from identifying the right scene to making a good composition, from capturing the essence of a moment to enhancing colour values and deepening an image’s impact – insights that will be invaluable to admirers and photography enthusiasts alike.

Such a lovely book!
I’ve been a fan of Liam’s work for a long time and I finally managed to get my hands on this book. Absolutely stellar work.

A Visual & Meaningful Read
While many photobooks focus on portraying aspects around a central theme, this collection of illustrations beautifully depict the narrative of the artist and author, who takes us on a journey which is not only aesthetically beautiful, but also mindfully intriguing, centered around the elements of night-time modern day Tokyo, and a cyberpunk layer that uncovers during the after-hours.As an artist and a designer, this book is more than what I expected. The illustrations with the narrative story-line paired with the design language makes a beautiful package, worth diving into, exploring and enjoying.Loved it all!

Super livre
Amateur de photo et du Japon, j'ai adoré redécouvrir la ville de Tokyo au travers d'un photographe aussi talentueux. A noter que toutes les photos ne sont pas prises au réflex (certaines au smartphone) et franchement le résultat est top !

Amazing, beautiful works of art
Love Tokyo, love neon noir and love Liam Wong! He's a very talented photographer and has a talent for capturing what Tokyo is all about in some moody yet beautfiul photos. I love this book and look at it often. Great work Liam.

Gorgeous
I was waiting for the hardcover copy but ended up going with softcover. Not disappointed. It’s gorgeous. There are a handful of fold out prints for the larger images. Highly recommend for a coffee table or general set / fun to read and view book.
