Q: Can I spray paint this to a sort of oil rubbed bronze finish?

Yes, I would think so -using a spray paint for metal and a lot of patience - I actually don't really like the original color of this product and was thinking of spaying black in the Spring.

Q: Will this fit inside a planter box that has inside dimensions of 11.3 inches? I would assume so, but better safe than sorry. Thanks.

I just checked my other trellis that is 7 ft tall and it's dimension is a good 11 inches in diameter. I think this is the one you are referring to. I don't think your planter is wide enough. Just my opinion. And, I certainly would give it some support somehow, especially if your plant becomes quite heavy for the trellis. I also have an iron stake in this one to stabilize it. Mine is in the garden.

Q: The dimensions show a height of 60.25 inches. Shouldn't this be 84 inches if it is 7 ft high?

Just measured mine and it is indeed 7 ft tall (84 inches) to the tip of the finial. Even if you subtract the height of said finial (5”) and bury the legs up to the first ring (13”) it’s still a height of 5 1/2 ft (66”) so I don’t know how they came up with only 60.25”.
