Seem to be helping
I've taken coQ10 since I learned my dad's side of the family has a history of heart disease. Although numerous tests (EKG, calcium scan, etc) have shown no evidence of heart disease, there is a family history and I am having other signs that something heart-related is afoot. But how many tests and doctor's visits should I pay for (no insurance) just to have nothing show? I have "tested" this supplement with long-term use followed by 2 weeks of not taking. Symptoms like swollen ankles, heart palpitations, and chest pain crop up after a few days of not taking and subside within days of resuming. So for those reasons, I will continue to take this supplement. I also LOVE Nutrabio because their products are clean, without all the unnecessary ingredients. Really thankful for this company!

Healthier alternative
I like these better than the alternative, prescription med, and no side effects. This supplement is a must if you are taking a statin drug. I find taking this in the am is better than the pm. When I took this in the pm, I found it difficult to fall asleep, that's the only side effect that I noticed.
