Great, beautiful and kind of expensive laptop
Loving this laptop, capable of everything. Battery lasts around 3-4 hours, so not that much, but works for me since I almost always use it plugged.Some programming, gaming and browsing and everything 10/10.Looks beautiful as well, quite slim and light, doesnt even seem like a gaming laptop.Quite expensive though, but what you are paying is mainly the premium build quality, which is up to par with macbooks.

Doesn’t last
We have had this laptop for 10 months. The video has stopped working and have had to purchase a new laptop. We chose a different make.

Don't buy this from Amazon
This is NOT a product review. Instead, it is a complaint of Amazon's description of this product and its refund policy.I purchased this Laptop as a Christmas gift on December 14, and nowhere in the listing of the item did it say it was used or remanufactured. I thought it was NEW. It came in a plain cardboard box and looked used.On December 24th I initiated a return back to Amazon for a dead-on-arrival laptop. That's right it didn't even work. January 2, I dropped it off at UPS for return to Amazon. On January 3, Amazon showed that they had received the laptop. My refund wasn't until February 15. I was told by Amazon Philippines, that purchases over $1000 are held for at least a month before a refund is returned.I have purchased this Razer Blade 15 Gaming Laptop from Razer, which comes in an amazing box with instructions, warranty information, etc. Also, by the way, it is Brand new.I would highly recommend this Razer Blade 15 Gaming Laptop as it is the best laptop I have ever used. I will not purchase any electronic devices from Amazon in the future.

Good product - Bad service/offer
Love the laptop itself, I just find strange that no accessories, carry bag or even a gift is offered for how high the price is. This is a top of the line gaming laptop with incredible specs, which is reflected in the price and it is not normal that nothing extra is proposed with it. Happy with the product, but disappointed with the service and offer.
