Do these work good on carpet? easy to use?

They are dual-sided, the smooth side for carpets or other blanket, and The foam material side for hard floor, wood or tile. they slide really well both on carpet & hard floor, really work your body, especially on core exercises.

Hello, would these work for a seated work out?

Putting your heels on top to slide them on seated position yea but it could be tricky

Would these scratch stone (Travertine) flooring?

I don’t think so. I use them on dance floor linoleum called Marley. They slide easily. I’m sure they’d do the same on tile, for instance. I’m less sure about something like flagstone, unless it has a coating to avoid the grit that can accumulate. They should be fine on marble, and isn’t travertine a type of marble?

Great sliders for home use

Great sliders, but scratch easily. Other than appearance they work great. They do what they are intended to do. Who really cares what they look like unless they're used in a professional setting like a physical therapy office. I use them at home.

Quality item!

I am 66 and have no problem using these to increase flexibility and balance. They are sturdy, glide nicely and are comfortable, even barefooted. Love the bright blue.

Works good on carpet floor

I only used it on carpet and it works great. I have not tried it on hardwood floor yet. For hand movements, I can use the sliders with bare hands. With movements using legs like bear crawl, plank or lunges with sliders under feet,it slipped a bit. I have grip socks from my pilates class which works great with the sliders. I am glad I can do so much variety of exercises using these sliders.
