THE THREE SECRET CITIES

Awesome book in the continuation series of Jack West the hero. Many upsets lots if drama and action and there is hope too.

This story is too cool. You won't be able to put the book down till you finish the entire series.

Well, I had to read this. I have been a Matthew Reilly fan even since I read Contest. Have loved pretty much all his works barring some exceptions. Me and my best friend had been waiting for the next installment of Jack West Jr series with baited breath and picked it up as soon as it arrived on the scene. AND read it through at the pace with which it is written (which is pretty fast by the way - in case you haven't read MR). And we were not all that happy. In several places, the sequence of events seemed forced. Characters getting killed unceremoniously and unnecessarily. At several places, even the language did not seem like written by MR. Either someone edited the content or MR got a ghost-writer to write/edit/finish/polish some parts and those parts escaped even his attention. THAT or MR is losing his touch (hate to think about this possibility since 2 more books to go for Jack West Jr, more books on Scarecrow and more independent books) It was mildly irritating to go through those things that did not feel like MR. Barring the above, the book is what one expects from MR - a high octane fast-paced action thriller with a race against time and against deadly opponents who wouldn't blink before killing.

Fast paced and fun to read. Liked every bit of the story telling and brilliant plots and twists. Enjoy the book with a bag of popcorn beside

The action is toned down compared to the earlier series ut a thrilling read any ways. Waiting for the next one of course

You'll finish this book in one sitting. Do not read the interview at the end of the book without finishing. The drawings get better and better!

The Black Knight!!!!! Huntsman at his supreme best. Mr. Reilly I cant wait for the next one. A thrilling ride for all Jack West fans.

Another classic Jack West novel that has all the ingredients that makes the story a Jack West story. With its shock and awe moments throughout the book it was very difficult to put down the book.
