Squink

I was super excited about this, but haven't been able to motivate myself to use it beyond some initial trials, for the following reasons:-Experience with using the Squink, and expecting the insulating ink to still clog due to minor process change-Knowing that even if I can get the insulating ink to work, the amount of resistance in the conductive ink traces is too high and inconsistent to be useful for any of our boards. We spend enough time debugging engineering issues (which is what we should be doing) without having to also worry about all the process issues that the squink introduces-The software interface is hugely painful to use-I was then hoping that the the pick and place would be the saving grace for this machine, but after watching the tutorial for it (when it finally came out), it seemed clear that the time you need to spend lining up everything (1 at a time, even for resistors) and entering all the info into the software is more time than I spend doing it with a stencil, tweezers, and reflowsterIt has provided negative value to me since I received it, and I have unsuccessfully attempted to return it (they stopped responding to my emails).

I bought this from BotFactory directly. It's a great product, we have used it to rapidly prototype several circuits designed using the Eagle PCB software.
