I use this for health reasons. It works excellent and is not to rough on your stomach or bowels. In fact I would say it's very gentle. It's better than taking it by the spoonful.

I heard about A Place To Heal, and her simple effective and cheap way to get Liver Flukes out, in a fb parasite group I am in. You can look up on YT her video or do a search for frozen castor oil capsules parasites on YT. Also CureZone has some info on it.Simple- remove a bunch of capsules and put in ziploc (or they wont freeze) and wait until frozen, usually a week or so. Take 4 or so at night along with some binders and whatever other parasite removal herbs and tinctures you prefer.
