We purchased a house that had an old Craftsman garage door opener. I was used to our Chamberlain garage opener in our preview house that had auto ruined closer etc. This upgrades the current old opener with the ability to remote open our close the garage through the app. The camera that comes with the bundle works well and they were both easy to setup and install. You will need a basic drill to install the units on the garage door and ceiling but nothing a rookie homeowner can't handle. In regards to the mobile app, I don't love it as it seems to be a little glitchy at times and takes time to load video history. If you have a smart home, I'm sure you can bypass their app and use it with your favorite smart hub. Overall it's great for the price.

I have the older generation version of this and when ever I lost power for more than an hour it would not Re-sync to my wireless. It was also a process to get it to sync.This newer version synced up very easily and connected to both the app and wireless seamlessly.It works in the MYQ app and the app walks you through set up and even asks if you want to connect to your amazon account for key delivery. Key delivery allows amazon freight personnel to open your garage door and put your packages in the garage and then close the garage door. I have been using key for two years and love it. No problems at all with the amazon people. Once my garage door would not go down and they called me at work and i went home. The amazon delivery person stayed at my house until i got there (10 minutes) You can't beat that. By the way the door would not go down due to a problem with the sun hitting the receiving sensor and confusing it. It was not amazons issue.

Value for price is exceptional. I wish I would have purchased this year's ago. Great product, easy to use and so far...software is stable.

Very easy to install with great instructions. Good product to have and love it when it works. However the app has several connection issues which disallow me from operating the door sometimes. Ex: App will say the door is closed when it’s in fact open so then it won’t let you close it. App won’t connect so you cannot operate.

It really gives you peace of mind with the Amazon key delivery system.

I really like this garage door opener with camera. Was easy to install with my current model garage door motor. The only gripe I have with the system is that in order to view timeline pictures you have to subscribe for the service.

Like it very much, convenient to see if we left the garage door open, specially when we are in rush. I can look on phone to make sure it is closed and I don’t have to go downstairs to checkout. The only issue in the application, is the constant nagging to purchase more new products. But, I wish it has a setting to push marketing items to my email ( 1 email every 6 months) instead of the app.

Great product except if I connect the included camera then I’m unable to open/close the door via the app as it errors out. Camera works but door doesn’t. If I remove the camera, door works again. Wanted to use with camera for a visual that door is closed as don’t trust an app saying it’s closed. So without it functioning with its own branded camera that came in the packaging with it, then best I can give it is a 3. If camera worked with it, then it’d be a 5
