Cute fun and easy to wear.

My daughter really wanted to be Cindi Lauper for Halloween so we felt this would work well for the 80’s rocker. When it arrived my 9 year old daughter was so excited to try on and we said go ahead. Well after wearing the wig for a few hours she took it off and complained about it being itchy. She stayed quite for a day and then came back the day after Halloween from wearing this wig and was really itchy. While drying her hair my wife found a colony of lice and new eggs on her head.Very frustrating to say the least. She was mortified and thought we would have to shave her head. Well $25 for lice treatment shampoo, washing all bedding, clothes worn and towels later we are exceptionally pissed about this. I would return it but I wanted it out of my house and it is all in the trash. Didn’t feel the need to send LICE back to the company that sent them to us. Very disappointed. If I could review less than 1 or negative I would.

It’s quite threadbare, even for a cheap Halloween wig. For a small child, who for some reason knows who Cyndi Lauper is and wants to dress like her, it’s adequate.

This wig is sooo awesome looking and it has good filler, meaning you can't see thru to the scalp cap. The hair is mostly matted which aids in that regard. I rated it as fitting somewhat small only because I have a LOT of hair. Almost all wigs fit me somewhat small, but I think it would fit a person who regularly buys volumizing shampoo really well. I stay away from volumizing products.

Need more hair in the back of the wig, it shows the net that goes on your head.

Unfortunately, if you want to be Cyndi Lauper for Halloween, this wig is pretty much the only game in town - unless you have long hair and don’t mind shaving part of your head. The quality of this wig is nonexistent. Either someone who does not care about their job at all or was really drunk put this thing together. There are places where the hair is stitched around into the inside of the wig, there are places where the rows of hair are stitched very close together and others were very far apart. Also, there is no “stretch” to this wig at all., meaning if it’s the right size for your head, great it might not fall off; if you have a smaller head, you are definitely going to need wig clips or something to keep this thing in place.Additionally, while in the photo it looks curly it’s really just a giant rat’s nest. I actually separated each row of hair, set my iron on nylon, and ironed the wig out to smooth it down. It does look much better now. And I’m going to put a hat on top of it to hide the worst of it. Still, it’s for one night, so it’s fine; but if this was something I’d want to wear more than once or was trying to be a “professional” Cyndi Lauper impersonator, this is not the wig I would buy

Color was spot on. As for hair style.....no. Not even close. Also it's pretty big. I'd like to say I have an average size head and it was too big. No elastic or anything so you would also have to figure out how to attach it to your head. I returned it. Sad because I was going to a Cindy lauper look & this would have been perfect. Only wig I could find close was this.
