Easy to Use
This is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to use and can grab anything that can be centered on the Socket. I got this set since I wanted the drill bit so I can hook this to my drill and easily get bolts and other items out with little difficulties. The wrench included is pretty basic and no better than any other wrench, however, the Gator Grip Socket is of very good quality and the metal items in the socket are sturdy and work well. So far this has been great for replacing that giant box of sockets of different sizes (I still have to keep my Spark Plug remover since this can not fit a spark plug, other than that is a must tool for around the house projects.

This was so cool and versatile
This was so cool and versatile. Fits many different sizes without having to change parts constantly. Ordered as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He liked it. It came as described and on time. I was thrilled With this product!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As seen on t v stuff is usually garbage but this tool was not. This product fits multiple shapes and sized screws and nuts for quick removal. This would have taken several frustrating hours without the Gator Grip. It installs bolts, screws, and nuts; its springloaded which makes it awkward holding the hardware while installing. Just like any socket or wrench made, you need to have the tool squarely placed on the item you're using it on.

Very Useful as a "Go To" tool
This tool is very useful, and really does work on different sized bolts/screws as claimed. I consider this an excellent "go to" tool, when you need something that will get the job done in a variety of applications. It's not perfect, but it's extremely handy. It's the Swiss Army Knife of wrenches. This would be an excellent item for the kitchen drawer, or wherever you keep an extra screwdriver or hammer, but don't have room for the whole toolbox. One more thing, it costs $17 & change (plus sales tax) at the local hardware store. I bought mine on Amazon, along with some other Super Saver Shipping items, and had it delivered to my door for less than I could have bought it at the store up the street. Not a bad way to save gasoline, huh?

specifically ordered to remove a PinHead bike wheel lock when i lost my key
I specifically ordered this to remove a PinHead bike wheel lock. Worked like a charm. If you ever lose your key this will work like a charm if the ol'screwdriver and hammer trick is not doing the job. Note that you may need to cut down some of the axel pin that sticks out so the socket can grip around the pinhead nut. definitely recommend for this specific use - I cannot say for any other use at this time. With that said dont get pinhead wheel locks for security... I removed them on my bike in less then 1 minute. :D

Great little tool if you are always working on stuff
Great little tool if you are always working on stuff! I no longer need to grab every single screwdriver and socket if the gator grip fits the job. I am still amazed to this day at some of the stuff that it fits and also and surprised it has lasted very long on heavy jobs like tightening/loosening rusted bolts. Very durable item and a neat little gift item to someone who has never seen this before. It would blow their minds away! Would recommend!

My life is so much easier now
Oh, how this little thing has "changed" my life. I already own so many sockets and wrenches, but I never seem to find the one I need without trying and failing and going through all my different kits, and yes I have quite a lot. With the Gator Grip that (at times) frustrating ordeal is gone. It fits most bolts, sockets or knobs that I need a wrench for, so it's the only one I keep on me at all times when working. I do keep others available, but I don't carry them around since I rarely need them anymore. This is such a great buy, and it feels really sturdy. (I will definitely update this if it happens to break or something just fails, but I don't see that happening in the near future. Actually, if it breaks I'd probably just buy another one, that's how happy I am with this)

Great idea, but not sturdy enough
For my first Gator Grip project I decided to tighten about a hundred of 5/16"x1.25" bolts to 175 inch-pounds. The bolt heads were damaged, some more than the others, making a regular socket hard to fit; this looked like a perfect Gator Grip application. I am happy to report that the Gator Grip worked as expected. However, about 1/3 way through the job I had my first failure - one of the pins got stuck and wouldn't come out unless I remove the Gator Grip and push the pin through the other side. That pin was getting stuck continuously, and by the time I was done with 96 bolts, several of the Gator Grip pins would have the same problem. Unfortunately, I have to testify that Gator Grip is a somewhat delicate device, and should not be used for anything but for light duty jobs. Update: I got my Gator Grip socket replaced under warranty. The process was fast and easy. Because of that I'd give this product one more star if I could.

Great idea, but I didn't find it too practical
This is a great idea, but I never got it to do anything for me of much significance. I guess if you have cause to open a large variety of different low torqued fasteners that are always easily accessible then hey why not, but I figure just get the right tool and save yourself a hassle. It also broke on me, meaning the pins got stuck in. It is definitely possible that I put too much pressure and torque on it but it's supposed to be able to handle a decent amount. Not sure, would have wanted to like it and it's a great idea, but found it hard to become too thrilled with it.
