It will last around three or four weeks with one a day. I’m getting two packets a month but having 2 a day. But not making notes of exactly how long it lasts but definitely over three weeks

Does it help with weight gain

It will contribute to your calorie/protein intake, so if used in conjunction with a training program and a calorie surplus, it will result in weight gain - preferably muscle!

Is there a way to stir this in? Mine clumps up and stays at the top it's grim

Use a balloon whisk, or better still, a stick blender ifyour drink bottle doesn't have an anti clumping fixture under the lid.

Does this have a cheesy aftertaste like the myprotein ones?

As a regular user of myprotein I don't know where you got a cheesy aftertaste from as there certainly isn't, maybe you used it out of date or something. I'm looking to compare this to myprotein to see how it compares
