ONE STRAP
Arrived with only 1 strap. D ring and Velcro. Works well with kickbacks for glutes. Will order another in the future.

Love these! These are a staple item in my gym bag. I use them for kickbacks and raises. I love that they're velcro but they can stick to your clothes especially when I wear straight or flared pants. Definitely get 2 - you won't be disappointed.

Confusing
Based on the photo it seems that 2 are included. I paid $11.97 for 1 and I see that a set of 2 is $16.97. I will not pay $11.97 again so unless I can pay the difference to get the second one I will have to do a return and reorder the pair.

a little small, but durable
nice and wide, but the total length is a little short for my ankles. I'm not a big guy, but i wish the length was a little longer. it's never broke open but i'd feel safer with a little more hook and loop. if you don't think your ankles are big, then it is probably NBD
