One of the two 4 GB RAM is faulty so monitor showing vertical lines on monitor and keyboard not working due to that faculty 4 GB RAM.Please arrange to replace the same.

The CPU encountered some error with respect to NVIDIA graphic card, but Gupta Computer Care personnel has been readily available to resolve the error. Overall, a good buying experience as they don't forget the client after selling the product. I hope the processor lives up to its promise now.

Careless packaging and inspection of product. Missing parts. No signal on connecting
Side lid of CPU is not provided. There is no signal obtained after connecting. No DVD writer provided. Wifi connector not functioning. VG Cable to connect with monitor missing. Careless packaging and no inspection of product by amazon. Seller asked me to delete seller feedback as they will resolve the issue.

my autocadd software games moved very smoothly
"GUPTA COMPUTER CARE" has provided me very affordable service. I bought a CPU through him. But instead of the 2gb graphic card it came with a 1gb graphic card. By then my return and replacement period was over. But when I tell them of their own mistake, they apologize for their mistake and send 2gb graphic card via post.
