Didn't work out too well
I got these thinking it would be good to hang a bunch of pictures without leaving large nail holes in the wall...these did not work out as i hoped.. I'm sure these work great for others but for some reason these do not work for my walls. It takes an enormous amount of effort to push them through and the wall starts flaking and chipping worse than with nails. And once its in I cannot loop them into the wall.. I've tried several walls thinking maybe there was something behind the wall in that original spot? I had the same issue. I will say that the metal is strong and doesn't bend even when putting a huge amount of pressure on them and they did arrive quickly.

Functional but need to be better shaped to work properly.
These hooks work just like any of the wallboard hooks. I don't know if they can hold the weight capacity as advertised, as I won't "push the limit." These hooks appear to be made of plain steel and my fear is they will rust over time with exposure to humidity. Other hooks that I've used in the past are zinc coated or galvanized. These hooks look like untreated steel, but maybe they have some amount of stainless steel. One thing I found right away is that the hooks are not bent far enough around. i.e. When you insert these in the wall, they don't "grab" the inner wall and just loosely rotate around so that the "cradle" of hook is upside down. You have to give each hook a bit more "C" shape bend before inserting in the wall so the tip will "grab" the inside of the wallboard, which allows the cradle of the hook to be properly positioned to hold whatever you are hanging on the wall. Having to give each hook a little extra bend is not a big deal, but it is annoying.

Amazingly Clever and Useful
If you have not tried these and are skeptical, trust me (and thousands of others): they work! As long as you are not mounting something onto a stud, and are instead going through drywall, these are the perfect solution to hanging something on your wall! They poke through the drywall with some (but not overwhelming) effort, but once through, push all the way in until they mount flush against the inside of the wall, leaving only the small hook exposed on the outside. I have hung 10 pound objects with no fear of failure. And, should you want to remove them, they slip right out, leaving only a pinhole behind. SO much better than standard picture wire, hooks, anchors or mounting putty!

I monkeyed around with these and my insanity shows
These are a pain in the neck. Once installed that should remain “locked” in place so an item can be placed on the hook end. The problem is that they immediately rotate. I’ve used this style of wall hangers since they originally came out, and I’ve never had an issue. I wasted my money because these make hanging pictures with two hangers almost impossible. I regret my purchase.
