The first time I received this flagpole the top ball was crushed (no fault of the seller) and they immediately sent another one. I like ALMOST everything about this flagpole EXCEPT the clips. They are cheap and break in the wind, however the way the flag pole works go to a dollar store, buy some better clips (found 2 for $1) and use them. Also, make sure to properly lock the flag pole in place (twisting) or it might come down on you (straight down - not fall). If you use the sleeve that comes with it and put it in concrete it is actually very easy to lift the flag pole out and lay it down to change flags (making sure to never let the American flag touch the ground).

Was easy to assemble and attached both my flags.

I love the flag pole. I actually attached it to my RV so I could fly my flags. I like the fact that it's telescoping so I can take it down and store it. It's a little difficult sometimes to actually twist it to let it drop down. Unfortunately we had a very strong storm come through and took the pole down and now the top pole is bent and the ball broke off. I am just wondering if you can replace these parts and if so how can I purchase just the parts I need? I gave 4 stars because of the difficulty in twisting the poles.

Put the flagpole up in May 2024. It is July 17, and the pole sections are stuck. tried WD 40, no help. Seller has worked with me and problem has been resolved.Update, seller.has yet to contact me about a refund.

The pole is beautiful and comes with a plastic sleeve to mount in concrete. Upon arrival I found the top swivel for mounting flag would not swivel because the retainer under the swivel was installed tight against the swivel. I removed screw and moved retainer 1/16” away swivel. I then found the instructions (if you want to call them instructions) were very vague regarding extending each section and locking in place by twisting next section. I got all sections lightly locked in place and enjoyed. Since this home is a seasonal home, three months later I am taking pole down and storing. Not one section will release. With two people, we tried twisting clockwise and counterclockwise. Every section stayed locked in place. I emailed company and they recommended using WD40 and large wrenches to twist sections loose. The never offerred which way,,, clockwise or counterclockwise 😡 FRUSTRATED as I want to store pole but cannot collapse it

Holds two flags. Hook top flags bottom hoot on top of the second flag. Do wish it had 4 hooks.

It would collapse at the top and the bottom is stuck. It's too long to return. But too short to hold the flags. The collapsible parts do not collapse enough. It doesn't stay up in the wind. Very disappointing. The company is going to work with us though. Hopefully the next one works better

I'm sure the 120 mph rating is not for two flags. We will find out how it does with one flag in East Texas this year
