This review is for the CareFusion PureSom Ruby Adjustable Chin Strap - RedThe adjustable strap lets you tighten the two straps for your own personal head size. And, as it stretches with use, you can simply tighten it up again. I've actually used it until it streatched out so far I couldn't tighten it any longer.I've actually cut out a section of the strap and sewed it to shorten the strap once again.The downsides? The velcro can irritate the back of your neck if it is not properly positioned. And, the material on the chin is not breathable.

Perfect function every time
Perfect... I've been using this particular chin strap for many years. It never disappoints even after many washings. Because it is adjustable, as it stretches with wear you can adjust the velcro straps to make it fit perfectly again.

Best fit, stretched out fast
Fits my head perfect but stretches out quickly. The adjustment go in the wrong direction. Best fitting and most comfortable. Just needs a slight redesign

I want to buy more to make sure I’m never without it.
This was the third style of chin strap that I purchased. It is significantly superior to the others. I don’t need to readjust during the night and it provides secure pressure to avoid air leaks with my CPAP. I want to buy more to make sure I’m never without it.

Fit
It fits good, however, it does not keep my mouth closed thus my mouth dries out. This is the main purpose why I wanted this product.
