Heavy duty construction. Well made. Noticeable seam on rollers. Pricey.
This is a well made massage roller. It feels solid, with excellent construction. It has quality design, materials and manufacture. However, it has a too obvious flaw. Each of the rollers has a raised seam in the center of both roller wheels. So, when the massage device is applied, that seam is felt on the skin during the rolling motion. If oil, cream or lotion is applied to the skin, this seam is not as apparent. On bare skin, it is not painful, but it is noticed. If you look carefully at the product detail's images, you can see the seam, but it's faint. In the attached photos, I include two close ups of both rollers, You can see the seam more clearly in those pics. Due to the black mirror finish, it is hard to depict it. So, I do not think the imagery on the product details intended to mask the seams.Based on the size of the rollers/device, this is effective for large muscle groups. It performs especially well with leg, arm and shoulder muscle groups. I would use a lighter touch, but it can be applied to the back muscles, too.I haven't seen many similar devices. However, at $50, this seems a bit pricey. There are powered massage guns lower than that price point. Given a choice between the two, I would probably opt for the latter. The product does match the description and pictures in the product details. Attache are photos to show real world images, with a ruler for size reference. Based on initial impressions and stated considerations, this manual rolling massage tool earns a 4 - 4.25 star rating, with a moderately high level recommendation.

Well Made, It's Not Motorized, Tricky To Use Solo, A Massage Gun Or Wand Is Likely Better Choice
I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this product. Since the massagers that are all the rage now are the massage guns, when I read the description for this and read "Handheld Rotating Deep Tissue Massager", I assumed that this was going to be a motorized massager with rotating wheels. Well, there is no motor in this and I've found it a bit challenging to use on myself by myself. In order to use it, you hold onto the handle, press it into muscle tissue like a calf and pull it up along the muscle with the handle end of it first. When you do that, it ideally it massages the muscles as the wide end passes over them and the narrow end squeezes them. It really takes a lot of work to use it on yourself and so far I haven't been able to use it so that it feels very good, helps to relax muscles or does much of anything.I think this does have potential if someone else with knowledge of deep tissue massage was there to use it on someone else but for someone like me who knows nothing of deep tissue massage trying to use it on my own body, it doesn't amount to much.It is a very well crafted product. It is rock solid and operates as you would expect it to. Unless you know something about deep tissue massage or maybe just regular massage or have someone else who does who can help you use or learn to use this, I wouldn't recommend ordering this. If you are looking to easily massage your own body with something, I'd look at a massage wand or a massage gun instead.

"Rotating" Means the Wheels Move WHEN you ROLL IT!
BackJoy Squizer | Handheld Rotating Deep Tissue Massager | Myofascial Release | Relieve Muscle Tension |Have no idea why I was so confused - but for $50 I figured the wheels had to move on their own at least! NOPE! Rotating means when you manually roll the device up and down a body part, the wheels move! Now, don't get me wrong, it does feel good and it does massage, but for $50 I thought I'd receive more than a handheld device that I have to manually move for any benefits at all. Maybe for $20-$25 but no way $50. WAY overpriced in my opinion when you can order an electronic USB massager with multiple heads for the same price. 3 Stars! Hope you find this review and pictures helpful!

Perfect
My adult son who lives with me has terrible pain with a ruptured disc that is pressing on a nerve. The pain radiates down his right leg and makes it nearly impossible to walk. We thought this BackJoy Squizer Handheld Rotating Deep Tissue Massager might help. We were correct. My son reaches for it constantly and runs it over his legs, arms, and neck. I have even seen him reach around and roll it on his lower back. It appears to feel so good that I picked it up the other day and used it on myself. It DOES feel good. It relaxes the muscles so quickly.!! Some people may think it doesn't work as it isn't motorized, but it does. Yes, you have to exert a little effort to move it, but the rewards are worth it. I do recommend this BackJoy Squizer.

Could be better
This roller is six inches long, from end to end. This does not give you much of a handle to grab onto while using it.If you are using it on yourself, it is very difficult to use almost anywhere on your back. What makes this worse is that the wheels have a very noticeable seam in the middle (two halves sealed together) and the wheels have a tendency to squeak. Not impressed, but it does work well on the calves.
