Q: Can these earbuds be fully submersed in water?

I have fully submersed them numerous times and they still work fine. However, I try to keep them in my ears when in the water just to avoid getting too much water inside them as I have heard that this can be bad for even for submersable types like this.

Q: Why does it say this is a prime item and then when you click on it it says you have to do $35 or more for free shipping

I do not know. I bought these a long time back and don't remember how the shipping thing read. Sorry

Q: how long is the warranty?

Trust me when I say, there is no warranty. It's a scam warranty. It costs more to send them back then what the purchase price is. I believe it's $20 plus return shipping to use your warranty and that is only after it has been processed and deemed defective. Don't count on the warranty. If you are using them in a pool (immersed situation) on a several days a week scenario. Anticipate them lasting 3-5 months or so.
