I love this product! To me the taste is excellent. My husband is not a fan; he thinks it has an artificial taste because of the stevia. I find the taste appealing, and it really encourages me to drink more water. This is the hydration Nectar, but it gives me more energy. (More hydration tends to equal more energy. I even like all the different flavors!

I think a lot of people expect this to be a water-flavor enhancement. Real hydration drinks don't taste sugary. Nectar tastes good though! I use Needed brand hydration packs (which taste worse than Nectar due to higher concentrations; their quality is top regardless). Needed is so pricey though. I am glad I found Nectar! Nectar is a bit cheaper so I mix days. 1 day Needed, 1 day Nectar. It saves $20/mo. The awesome thing about Nectar is the lower concentrations. With prenatal + the magnesium I take for sleep, I really dont need 200+mg of magnesium in my hydration drink. Nectar is perfect for added hydration without overdosing on electrolytes, esp if you are on a dense vitamin, take magnesium for sleep, or if you enjoy drinking multiple different hydration drinks a day. They mix very well, taste good, are easy to blend and dont clump. Being lower magnesium as well, they will not likely cause digestive issues. High magnesium levels will cause diarrhea. So A+ Nectar!

I have a heart condition (Supra ventricular tachycardia) along with ADHD, Hashimotos disease and something we haven't fully identified yet. So my symptoms are many, but the main ones are a high resting heart rate & debilitating fatigue. Anyway, my heart condition put me in the ER/hospital SEVEN TIMES last year alone. I've known for years that dehydration was one of my number one causes of my tachycardia (the thing that sends me to the hospital and has had to have my heart stopped 4 times because it's too high and won't allow down.) So hydration is *kinda* important for my condition and I had tried to stay hydrated with water and sometimes Gatorade or Vitamin water as best I could. And it helped! But as a busy wife and mother with ADHD, my ability to keep up with remembering to drink 4-6 cups a day of anything was next to impossible! I just didn't have time for that! Then after one particular trip to the ER where they gave me IV fluids, I noticed a HUGE difference in how I felt afterwards. For like 3 DAYS afterwards I actually felt human for a change! And I had an epiphany, water wasn't enough for me. I needed the electrolytes just as much if not more than anything else! I had been watching my labs, always on the low end of sodium, magnesium, & potassium. Not enough to throw a red flag for the doctors, but enough for ME to notice! Suddenly, it all made sense. So I started shopping for electrolytes! I started in the grocery store where even the generic IV hydration packets were $10 for 6 packets! 😳😳😳 Are you freaking kidding me??? I have literally thousands of dollars in medical bills and no job because of the medical conditions so we're a single income family. I'm not paying that much for a drink packet that's FULL of sugar. (A trigger ingredient for me.) I tried a different store brand electrolyte packet that was less expensive but still packed with sugar and was amazed with how much better I felt with just one packet a day. So I knew I was on the right track. Now to find a sugar free version that didn't break the bank! I did some Google research and found Nectar! ❤️ It's only $0.89/packet (so affordable) with zero sugar (they use stevia instead which I CAN tolerate and has a very low glycemic index!) & zero fake flavors (theirs are all natural and DELICIOUS, ya know, because they're REAL!) And all that is FANTASTIC! BUT WAIT! IT GETS BETTER! Obviously with my heart condition heart monitoring is a big part of my life. I wear one constantly and have an app to track all my data. After starting drinking 2 Nectar packets a day my resting heart rate started dropping! The normal resting rate for me, for as long as I can remember, was around 88bpm. If you're not familiar with heart rates, that's high. Just sitting still my heart beats like a normal person up and walking around doing chores. So, when I actually DO get up and walk around, or Lord help me, try to work out my heart reaches 160bpm pretty easily. (My ultimate high score was 246bpm for 4 hours straight. That was NOT a fun day for me.) I'm on a heart medicine that's supposed to HELP those numbers... And it does... Sort of... But not well. AND it's number one side effect is weight gain. 🙄 No one wants that! After enjoying 2 Nectar packets a day at about 2 weeks I realized I hadn't had an alert on my heart monitor to "slow down and take a break" for a while. I thought maybe it was broken. When I looked back at my heart tracking data my resting heart rate had come down 10-15 BPM!!! 😳 I was solidly consistently in the high 60's low 70's now!!! So for less than $2/day my body isn't working NEARLY as hard to make things work!!! Without any new medicines with horrible side effects!!! I feel like that's a steal! THANK YOU NECTAR FOR SUCH A FABULOUS PRODUCT!!!

I get the variety pack to taste them. It’s taste good. Still don’t feel a huge difference yet.

Nectar is my go to drink after a good workout when I need to replenish electrolytes and fluids. Very affordable, easy to use, tasty and effective, I will continue to purchase and use Nectar to help me rebound from a workout in the Florida sun.

I found these electrolytes not dissolving completely when mixed in water. I tried really hard to get them to mix but not a chance. It is not like I don’t know how. I mix my protein powder and creatine everyday. They have almost zero taste. There is a very slight taste but that is it. I have tried three of the major brands and each one of them surpass these. Maybe they will work better for you, but I will not be buying anymore. They are about the same in price as other brands. They don’t smell much at all. Like all electrolytes, they are easy to mix, this product just doesn’t mix as well as others. The only plus for these is that there packing and amount of mixture has a smaller footprint than others but not dissolving put me off on them. The effect that I get is about the same as other brands.

I've tried several electrolyte powders, and one thing I really like about Nectar is that it isn't overly sweet. Many hydration packets taste artificial or leave a strong aftertaste, but these have a much more subtle flavor. The packets mix easily into water and give it just enough taste to make drinking water more enjoyable without overpowering it. I especially appreciate that it's sugar-free and doesn't have the syrupy taste that some other electrolyte drinks have. The variety pack is a nice way to try different flavors, and so far I've enjoyed all of them. If you're looking for an electrolyte powder that provides hydration without being overly sweet, this is a great option. I'll definitely be ordering these again.

These are the best hydration packets I've found, and I've tried a bunch of other IVs. I bought the variety pack and all the flavors have such a good taste, not overpowering at all. I love the fact that they only contain 100 mg of sodium; the others I've tried are all loaded with sodium. It's so easy to use, I pour the packet into my water bottle, fill with water and shake for about a minute - mixes up nice.
