Overall good quality camera product however the sound and volume has a lot to be desired.

We purchased this camera to conduct Tele Health. Our clinician was apprehensive about the effectiveness as he was the very first one to test the equipment for a very large state Agency. After making eye contact and being in the same room as clients he had concerns. He said thanks to the quality of the camera he had no reason to worry. This will now be the camera I recommend to all the clinicians.

Use for recording meetings. In my case i use zoom but only to record meeting. Don't use for interactive--But I am sure it will work great for that too. Meetings are then posted for others to see.

I work in the Audio Visual business. This is great for small meetings for about 20 people. All of my clients are amazed how the 360 camera works. Only thing I wish for is the speaker to be a bit louder. But everything else work perfect. True 1080p. I used the owl lab and the video was very bad.

Recived product on new box and everything looks OK but the warranty seals are broken at the time of delivery 😕

Stopped working 2 days after return option expired. No online troubleshooting or support available. Avoid this product.

This a great device! It is a powerful device and works well. We had a few issues with the sound level that were easily fixed. We have had this device for a few months and I have had to reach out to customer support a few times for firmware issues. They are very responsive during their business hours and can walk you through anything you need. Someone with a basic level of IT knowledge should also be able to handle this device without much assistance.
