Arrived as promised and nicely packaged. Fit through our standard size front door easily. Relatively easy to assemble - just attach and plug in lower leg and foot unit to main chair. Took about 10 minutes and we were ready to go. I would give it 5 stars if the leg and foot massage were more useful.Pros:- Looks decent- Very strong massage in main chair from neck down to buttocks. 5 different adults tried the chair and love this part.- 3 inch wall hugger design works well- Auto adjusts to different sized people. My wife is 5'4" and a slightly petite. I am 6' and over 250 pounds.Cons:- Lower leg and foot massage are poor. Uses only airbags and no rollers it appears. Calves get squeezed incredibly tight. My wife cannot tolerate such and I can barely. Foot massage is a couple of squeezes on the sides. Nearly useless. Needs rollers in the lower leg and foot unit. I've had 5 adults try it and they all love the upper (main body) portion but dislike the lower portion- Manual is small and does not describe how to really use the chair - mostly just tells you what each button on the remote is for in general terms. Also some of the buttons have been renamed and do not match the manual (e.g. "Decompress" in the manual vs. "Recovery" on the chair - what does "recovery" mean?). There are five presets you can choose from. It is difficult to determine the differences between each - they are not documented in depth. Instead you get descriptions like "Comfort - Relax muscles and bones". However another Cycle is actually named ""Relax" and is described as "Depth Massage on acupressure point, relax ache area" - what's the difference? So we are now forced to explore and try to figure out how to really use this chair. They should have a video showing such.

Bought 2 of these, one for each office location. Thus far they have been performing flawlessly. Only complaint by every user thus far is the air pressure needs to be turned down to medium or low, on high it is overwhelming.When you order, make sure you click on the in home delivery, you will not regret that.

I read a lot of reviews on this type of product prior to purchasing this chair. I paid extra for the white glove service and I would do that again. My only complaint with this chair is that it does not really massage the neck at all. So it that is your problem area this is not the chair for you.

this is nov. 4th 2018 going on 2 years today the rollers went crazy while lowering chair to sit up and get out of chair and the roller ripped the leather and poked out and its just gone nuts I'm wondering if I have a warranty need it fixed because I use this chair for pain relief every day having trouble finding how to get ahold of seller HELP! it appears a screw came loose and ripped through zipper black material and leather its a horrible mess About a week ago I got a call from company and he talked me through a few steps and shipped me the replacement materials I needed very promptly and Thank you to him I have my chair back so thankful in fact several tried my chair on thanksgiving I still recommend this chair I have fibromyalgia and this chair is magic for me!

We received this chair yesterday and assembled it ourselves, which took about an hour from unwrapping to sitting in it for a massage. No tools were needed, just connect 4 cotter pins, connect air hoses and plug in a connector. Easy as pie! We love everything about it and it is top quality.

I have had this product since Mid-December '17. After 2 months of use I decided to write a review. This chair has relieved my back pain so much that I am no longer taking any type of pill for pain management. It has not cured me; but it has made my days more comfortable. Some days I find it hard to stand up straight in the morning. Twenty minutes on "my chair" and I am up and walking around just fine. No problems with the chair so far. I have already recommended this product to friends.

I love my chair. Helps my headaches and constant back pain. Color matches my living room. I would reccamend.

I have had this chair for almost a month now. I use it everyday and love it. Does not take too much space as it slides out. Looks good and performs well. I would recommend it.
