I found the advice in the book, useful and applicable to both my skills and clients.This book has reaffirmed a lot of what I have been doing, and it has given me many ideas on how to enhance and improve upon what I’m already doing. The content of this book is far more detailed than any other book I have come across on this subject. This is a very well-structured book that details ways to measure progress.This book has become my go to guide and is covered in Post-It notes and scribbles. This book made me cringe at some of the things that I’ve been doing, but now I have a clear path forward and feel I’m a customer advocate and can advise my clients the right way. Whether you’re an experienced Microsoft Dynamics professional or not, you will find plenty of relevant information that will help your career.The detailed and practical advice in Building a Digital Future essentially makes this a playbook for anyone working on a Dynamics 365 digital transformation project.I highly recommended this book to working professionals. Don't even think about it, just buy it and read it.I literally can't put this book down - It has so much to offer and it's a must-buy. I've read it from start to finish over the past 2 weeks and will use it as a favorite encyclopedia as I advise my clients on their Dynamics 365 Digital Transformation journey.Get your colleagues to read this book!If you buy one book on Dynamics 365 this year then this should be it.Worth every cent of the purchase!
