I have been wanting to buy a powder that had all of the main minerals and vitamins and trace minerals for a while now. I forgot trace minerals existed because they have been around for many years now. I am glad I was reminded by a friend that these exist because I drink reverse osmosis water (depletes all minerals, vitamins,etc) and I need this nutrtion added back to my water. I am feeling hydrated and have more energy and feel more calm.

Trace Minerals Power Paks are delicious and have lots of nutrients in a pack. I have an adult son who prefers to drink his vitamins with these Powet Paks. We like that it has some electrolytes too.

We have been using this Trace Mineral product for over 5 years. Last year the raspberry flavor was no longer available and I had to switch to watermelon. Not too bad until recently when the packaging was changed. Then the flavor changed to sugary sweet and it's hard and chunky now instead of powder. And the new packaging is almost impossible to open without scissors. This makes it very inconvenient when traveling. AND when our order arrives, the boxes are always crushed. Last time hubby's cranberry was all over the envelope which was taped shut. It used to be better, now it's more expensive and less quality.
