Perfect for lovers of the color pink, plus size friendly comfortable office chairs, and amazing product support! I purchased this chair back in January 2023 and it has been nothing but amazing! Extremely comfortable and easy to put together. By no fault to the chair or manufacting the right arm snapped off a few days ago (December 14th 2023) I reached out to N-Gen support and after putting in a request they very quickly shipped me the replacement part at no additional cost to me. Just got it and reinstalled and now it's just like new again.

I like that the chair is suited for both the office and the game room. It is a larger chair than some of my other chairs I’ve had. It is spacious and has a sturdy feel to it. This chair is a great value costs less than other chairs in its price range. It offers amazing support for your back and neck and makes it easy to watch the television and play video games, which ever you choose to do. I am not a huge fan of writing reviews but I had to let the people know that I am very happy with the chair I bought. I own two now!1

First impressions. It is a nice chair so far and you can get it to a comfort level you like. At least I did. To bad the lumbar pillow doesn't stay in place. I think some velcro is in order for that. Seems well made even if it is plastic. I weigh 265 and it holds me just fine so far. I put roller blade type wheels on the bottom so it does roll around much much better. I had put them on my old stool and as they are almost universal they fit this chair as well. Over all I like the chair and it is a good bargain at the price point offered. The cons and now for the bad part. I don't know said the chair goes together in 15 minutes but I call B S on that. At best 30 minutes and that is with help. Why did I need help. Because as others have stated, it is almost impossible to line the arm rest and back rest holes. I held things in place so my wife could start the allen head screws. If not for that alignment issue it may well take only 15 minutes. It was a fight to line them up. If some how someone gets lucky and they do line up more power to you. ODDS are high they won't from all the reviews about it and my own experience. The other cons is don't trust the color from the posted images. The grey one must have been contrast enhanced a few times . It shows a nice high contrast between the greys. Let me tell it is not nearly as much and they almost blend in the same as one solid grey chair. It does not look at all like the posted sales image. Others may look true to the image but the grey isn't even close. It still looks very nice though.Over all at this point I can say I'd buy this chair again.I will update with images later. If anything happens and or changes I will update that also.

Surprised my husband with an entirely new and upgraded gaming space. He loves it and just got it set up. I couldn't wait until Christmas to give it to him 🤣 doesn't really tilt though, we tried to play around with it to get it to tilt but not much happens. He's also taller than the chair when sitting so the neck rest doesn't help much. Overall he's satisfied even with the pillows not working for him. 10/10 I think. 😊

I got this chair to use at work. It seems like it's made of good high quality components, although the wheels could be a little better. It's easy to assemble with the exception of the chair's back. I needed a friend to help with these bolts. We found it easier to lay the chair on its side and then put the bolts in (there's four of them). The lumbar support pad that is provided is not the best. It's a little bulky and doesn't help much with back support, other than to help keep you sitting straight with decent posture. However, it may work well for others who do not have pre-existing back issues. I do feel as though I'm able to sit for longer periods of time with less back pain compared to the office chair I was using before. For the price range I feel like it's a great value.

I got this to upgrade my very meh AmazonBasics "high back executive office chair" or whatever. It's less meh than the Amazon chair, but only barely. The seat is pretty hard, and the angle is weird. It's very rattly and loose, and feels like it will fall apart sooner, rather than later. The neck pad and lumbar pad were both so excruciatingly miserable and uncomfortable that I tossed both of them to the side within 15 seconds of trying them out. Very, very not comfortable. Not comfortable whatsoever.The chair itself looks kind of cool, and it's less meh than the AmazonBasics chair, but it's pretty disappointing on the whole. These people sure put a lot of pretty pictures and woo hoo whoopty yeehaw effort into making these chairs look like the next best thing since frozen pizza, but in reality, the chairs are just meh.Sadly, I am building up a collection of disappointing chairs to donate to charity while I continue to search for a chair that doesn't break my heart. I wish I could just put new leather on my old chair. My old chair was great!
