This product enabled me, as a 67 year old woman, to get onto my roof easily and safely. I used it with an extendable ladder and felt extremely stable. Highly recommend!

This is a great way to protect gutters while using a ladder to climb on on roof or maintain gutters. Strong plastic, well positioned rubber pads, stable, and easy to position. A little pricey, but very worth it.

Fits perfectly in my new standard 5” K gutters.I bought the ladder stabilizer to protect my new gutters. Fits right in and over the gutter brackets and holds the ladder from sliding and scratching the gutters.Works best on a single story house and you have to supply your own “extendable pole” to reach up to the gutters. May be more difficult to use on a two story house as you would need a long pole to reach with.But for “my” needs, I give it 5 stars.

Works as advertised assuming you have a compatible size gutter. Check it. It's expensive for what it is but works well and saves your gutters from dents, scratches, and crushing. I have new gutters so it was worth it to me. Might not be for someone with old ones.

Tired of scratching my old gutters with my aluminum ladder. With my new gutters, this unit fits INSIDE the gutter and lets the ladder rest on the yellow plastic outer piece. Even includes a hole to place a pole to lift it into (and out of) the gutter. Nicely designed.

Works for me at two story height. Find it easy to place/remove from gutter while standing at ground level using roof rake pole. At its mid point the stabilizer has an arch that can rest on a gutter nail. You need space to either lay over a nail or avoid nails. Plan in advance to avoid having the stabilizer interfere with any cable or clips in the gutter. FYI the stabilizer will fill with rain. Pay attention to weight hanging on the pole tip when installing/removing, just common sense. Rubber impedes sideways slip but there are sometimes ladder oscillations working aloft that could possibly cause a jump over the stabilizer side lip. Never had it happen but it seems short to me at the point where the ladder makes contact. The ladder does seem to wind up at one side lip or the other in some circumstances.

This works really well when cleaning the gutters. However, if the gutter is full of leaves, it won't fit. You have to put it in a fairly clear span of the gutter for it to be stable. Just clean from that spot and crawl down the length of the gutter. I think it's expensive, but its use and maintenance is idiot proof. So simple to use. You can't break this thing. And so, since it's an investment for years to come, the price is acceptable.
