I absolutely love the Flow Wall concept for organization of garage and garden tools. I bought one from a local big box hardware store first, and took it back because quality of the product was lacking. This is not difficult to install...I want to say, "if you are a man," but I am sure there are plenty of women who could get this thing up in an hour or less as did the handyman I hired. The trick is this: find your studs. The pieces need to be anchored in studs. In one of my other reviews, I rave about one stud finder in particular--about $7.41 through Amazon, and it's amazing.I will be ordering another set of panels from Amazon; they have good prices.

Doesn't come with the hooks! False advertising.
Unfortunately I ordered and waited too long to open the box because I couldn't get to getting the project started but like most recent buyers have reported, mine did not come with the hooks as advertised. I bought two sets and I'm very dissatisfied with the purchase as I feel it was falsely advertised. Now I'm stuck with the wall system and have to buy hooks separately when I should have already had them.

Missing Parts
Like many others here, I did not receive the hooks that are supposed to be included with this set. I contacted both the manufacturer and Amazon and neither company will make it right. (Amazon actually never responded.) The manufacturer told me it's an ongoing problem, yet they seem to be doing nothing to resolve it. The panels and hooks themselves are solid and well-made, but do not purchase from here.

Buy Elsewhere
The product itself is solid, but it arrived without the hooks just like the others have noted. Customer service said that they will flag it for the QA team, but looks like they keep shipping this incomplete set. Furthermore, the box looked like it was opened and then re-taped; at least the top panel inside was damaged. Would buy elsewhere.

BEWARE -- NOT WHAT IT CLAIMS!!
The description AND content list are NOT true. I had 4 separate boxes of this delivered and NONE of them had the hooks. All 4 were only the panels and panel parts. I ordered and returned and got the same incomplete order each time. Don't suffer like I have and move on to something else.
