Incredible comfort and build quality.
I had a high end DXRacer chair for over 10 years which was very comfy and well built... but this chair is even better. Also the memory foam pillow that comes with it is very comfy and large. Usually the pillows that come with these chair are really small and don't provide enough area for your head, while the one that comes with this chair is actually very worth using.Overall I'd give this chair a 10. It's just so worth the money.I've also had several Razer products in the past, and they always have amazing build quality.

The best chair for under £400
Honestly this chair is amazing for the price, I have been an avid gamer for as long as I can remember! I've been through multiple chairs and this one for the price is superb! The 4d armrests are perfect and you can move them to suit how you sit, lumbar support is great also! I defo recommend

Very comfort

Overall a disappointment
The head cushion has two ways it can be attached, but even the higher of the two places is still too low, ends up in the middle of my back. Taking the cushion off and your head rests on a hard board which isn't that comfortable either.The material of the chair is super high friction. Any attempt to move in the chair and you move but your clothes don't which makes them scrunch up. Not a good chair for squirming in. Don't like the feel of the material either.I found the chair far too firm. The back has barely any padding at all and the base is barely much better. Also the base has a weird bump where it is pushing on the middle of my thigh.I also think the chair is too shallow, would have preferred it be just a bit deeper. It barely comes up to mid thigh. Definitely impossible for me to sit crossed legged.I'm quite wide shouldered and the the curve of the chair forces my shoulders forward in quite an uncomfortable way.Overall dissappointed as I just don't find the chair comfortable at all.

Damaged item
Box was water damaged and torn all over . Opened and inspected seat and the seat base was all broken . Got on to support for a replacement and would not replace. Had to send back chair and purchase another. Very bad service

Black vs pink
In what world is it acceptable to charge around £229 for the black version (at the time of this review) and £360 for the quartz version, that is about a £130 difference, unacceptable from Amazon/Razer
