Q: How do you get a replacement plate or other parts?

You cannot.....I spent 2 months trying to do so and correct the problems with my machine.....I finally gave up

YES, this is really 100% stainless steel not aluminum parts.

Q: How do you get the last of the sausage stuffed? Seems like a quarter pound wasted.

Put a couple pieces of bread in at the end to push the last out.

Q: is there a elect motor that can be installed

I don’t think so. But the base of this machine is to small and it probably won’t handle the Power of any electrical motor.
