Q: Anyone who uses these as a product to sell do your customers complain about them being thin?

I don't sell them but have given them away for Christmas as ornaments and keychain. The people I have given them to haven't had a complaint about them being thin

Q: Are these sturdy enough to use as a stamp base?

I do not thing these are good to use as a stamp base because they are very thin. My acrylic stamp bases are about 5 times thinker than these acrylic discs (for the thin ones). They are perfect for keychains and small decorations.
