Best cough drop on the market.
I bought these for my wife who is a music teacher who sings all day. They are the best thing she has found for soothing her throat so she can keep singing. Be warned, they are not sweet like most lozenges!

Best thing for a sore throat I ever used
For me, these just always work and work quickly. I'm not wild about all the loose sugar in the bag, which gets everywhere, so I tear a small hole in the end of the bag and shake all the loose sugar out first...
