TachikaraTMC-2 Drill Marker Cone Set

This really does not need a review. Any parent who has coached their own kids or has watched a coach work with the youth will know that almost all coaches use these. They are light weight and an easy color to spot on the grass. They are useful for establishing boundaries for a short soccer game for younger kids and also can be used for a "slalom-type" of dribbling drill, having the kids dribble to the left of one and then to the right of the next. They are inexpensive and very useful.

I got these cones because i am a coach for U12 Field hockey, and they were an essential tool. The cones themselves held up to much abuse, (Players stepping on them, folding them inside out, etc) and allowed me to include drills using them. (jabbing drills, etc). The carrier wasn't exactly needed, but when i did use it, it was a huge help. If you're looking for cones that do the job and can stand up to the abuse of kid's playing with them, then these are what you're looking for. They all come in one gradient of orange, and are easy to see on any type of field.

The cones arrived as expected and are great for soccer drills. They don't take up a ton of space and stack well. I used a permanent marker to label mine (to separate them from the other teams'), and that worked well. Great value for what I paid (about fifteen).Only improvement would be to put something on the top that rotates that keeps them from slipping off the top when carrying in a bag, etc.

I was suprised to see how thin the material is when I received these cones. Although it serves the purpose of cones for drill, I cannot just drop it on field as I do with the heavier cones I have because it will be blown off the position I want even with breeze. I have to bend down to put each cone on the ground. Regardless, I have to say the cone serve its purpose and the holder is a really nice feature to carry the cones around.

I ordered this product for help in coaching speed and agility drills. I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived and included 24 cones instead of the advertised 12! At around 50 cents per cone, this is a great deal. The cones are bright, flexible and look to be durable. The caddy is a nice addition.

The marking cones are durable and work well in the gym and out in the park. We are using them for track and flag football to mark distances and sidelines. I am sure we will find other uses for them in the future.

These cones are light and flexible. Great for practice for all sports. The carrier helps to keep the cones organized. It doesn't take up a lot of room in the equipment bag either. The price was great too.

I selected this product because of the included metal carrier which as other reviewers noted, allows for the addition of about 10 more cones. The metal carrier is also much more substantial then the picture would lead you to believe.As for the cones, great economical choice for sport cones. The color is a bright solid neon orange and the plastic is malleable and resistant to being trampled. This product meets and exceeds my expectation , the carrier is an added benefit as well so I'm giving it 5 stars.
