Bucket Kit, Ten 1 Gallon Buckets with White Snap-on Lids

I was so excited when I received my order of 10 buckets with lids from Poly Farm because they looked good for my usage. I removed the strip from one of the lids and filled it partway with water, turned it upside down and didn't lose a drop. No moisture around the seal either. Important for me, because I'm going to use my buckets for ceramic glazes and want to keep them from drying out. I'm very happy with my purchase. I wanted something to put my stored interior and exterior paint in and this was perfect. The pails are a bit over a gallon in size and easily stored a new can of paint. No more dealing with flakes of can and lid rust falling into my paint when ever I opened the can. Very nicely made pails and lids that have a rubber seal in the lid, by the way, to store my paint. I am very happy.

As one of the emergency preparedness representatives for my city I am using the buckets to make 1 gallon water filters should for any reason the city water becomes contaminated. I install a 0.2 micron ceramic filter in one bucket which sits atop a second bucket with a spigot. Unclean water is put in the top bucket filtered through the 0.2 micron ceramic filter which drains the cleaned water into the bottom bucket for dispensing. The water filters can be used for a one person family or for travelling or camping.

These buckets exceeded my expectations and we’re exactly what I was looking for! We live in the Pacific NW, less than a mile from the Pacific Ocean, so anything made metal starts to rust very quickly. Although these are food grade buckets, I’m using them to store paint in my garage. No more rusty paint cans, ruining expensive paint!

We bought the buckets due to covid so we could mix disinfectant wipes to put out for disinfecting the neighborhoods in the Nursing Facility.

Love these buckets. I bought them to replace old school paint cans. These seem to work much better. Paint has nowhere to get hung up and keep the lid from closing like with conventional paint can design. Thank you. Can't find these in Lowe's or Home Depot. They seem to only carry 2 gal. and 5 gal. versions.

We received the buckets and nothing was damaged. They arrived very quickly. I will order these again when I need more. Lids fit nice and secure.

Buckets feel heavy duty. Fast ship. Didn't find humidity strips, but the lid tool is almost a must. Super hard to close, had to stand on it. Excellent to hide practical items in pain sight. Good for ordinance storage, probably food grade too.
