Very cheaply made - despite being well packaged when it arrived, the cheap metal was bent out of shape. It's fine for use - I wouldn't trust it with hot ash, but tend to clear out my fireplace once it has cooled anyway. Wouldn't buy again because of its lack of durability.

Really disappointed with the quality, very flimsy and out of shape so wouldn’t have kept ash bloom sealed. Now have to pay to return this!

It arrived bent out of shape and unable to close. Metal so thin it got squashed in transit and if I’d tried to reshape it it would have snapped.Utterly unfit for purpose.Sent it straight back.The shovel seemed fine though so you get one star.

The shovel was very poor, very very poor, extremely thin metal, easily bent out of shape by hand. The ash box is better but still thin, mine arrived dented and the paint coverage is sub standard.
