Pressure Biofeedback Device for Core Training at Home

I used one of there at physical therapy for a sore shoulder and again to strengthen my core. It works very well when used properly, BUT, similar to isometric exercises, it will take a while to experience results. There is a sleeve to make this usable on the neck as well. This works best on a solid surface, carpet, or a PT table, and only on a bed or pillow as a last resort. Well worth the money. I would recommend this item to my acquaintances that I think would actually use it.

I had been debating between this product and a couple other similar options but their stellar customer service won me over. I reached out with a few questions prior to purchase and the founder/CEO personally responded to them all without delay. Once the CoreCoach arrived, I was even more impressed. It appears to be well made and durable. Longevity was one of my concerns so I appreciate the longer warranty with CoreCoach versus the others. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, making it a breeze to start using right away. Best part is after a few weeks of use, I can really tell the difference. I am now more connected to my deep core muscles supporting my spine, resulting in me feeling taller and stronger overall. I am taking my time with the exercises so I haven't made it to the more advanced moves but a little awareness is proving to go a long way! I am also stoked that it came with the NeckCoach. I have yet to try it but will soon and will update accordingly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to build awareness and strength of their deep core muscles -- resulting in a more supported spine and less pain overall!

I wanted to give this 5 stars because it's helped me so much with pelvic floor exercises, but the one negative thing I have to say about it is when assembling it, the tube doesn't always stay in place and it allows air to leak out. I have a certain way I fix that issue but it's always hit or miss and I have to keep wiggling and twisting it to catch in the right place. Other than that, I feel it realigns my hips and has helped tremendously with my sciatica. I do still highly recommend this product and feel it's worth the money. It even comes with an app to show you different exercises to use

This product has an air bladder that must hold a certain amount of air for at least a few minutes in order for you to perform the exercises this product is supposed to help you measure. It doesn't. I've checked and rechecked the assembly and the bladder itself. None of the parts are defective - they just don't work well. The knob that stops the reverse airflow is weak and the hose fittings aren't designed to resist the flow of air. The bladder starts losing air as soon as you stop pumping it in. I'm really disappointed with this product.

Cheaply made. The 1st one’s needle was broken, so when id pump the balloon, the needle wouldnt move. Returned for a 2nd one. It’s fine, just a pain to assemble. Very cheap. Instructions are minimal and not clear

I love this product! When I received the Kenzoco Core Stabilizer my first impression was "Wow! The quality is really nice!" The metal is heavy and study, not cheap feeling/looking at all. I've been using the Kenzoco for about two months and I can already feel a difference. I consider myself to be in fairly good shape- I run and workout a few days a week but it's amazing how unaware I was of my core. Turns out that I was way out of balance and my transverse abdominis, a muscle I didn’t know existed until Kenzoco, was hardly being used. The videos are helpful and easy to follow. I will be using the Kenzoco for the long haul!

This really helped with my physical therapy. It helps strengthen your core and they’re very easy relaxed way. Definitely would recommend this.

I use this product for back strengthening exercises. What I like most is the gauge which measures effective performance.
