Q: As a leave in conditioner, does hair stay moisturized or makes it feel dry afterwards?

It moisturizes my curly/wavy coarse dry hair very well. I mostly use it for touch ups between shampoo and conditioning.

Q: I did not understand how to use it. On wet/dump hair after wash? Or on dry hair? Can it be used daily on dry hair?

Q: I'm 23 years old can i use this cream for my face?

It's an overall light cream with nutrients & supplements and allergy/dermatologist tested. I guess it doesn't hurt to be proactive, since it's a nourishing cream.
