Great quality, very well made, we purchased this a few months ago for my husband after losing his furbaby, we put some whiskers in it with some hair. It comes with everything needed to put either ashes, or hair in it. There has been no tarnishing, or a change in looks of it at all, he wears it 24/7 except during showers. The picture quality looks amazing.Thankful for this company and their work they put in to make it special…I have ordered from others in the past, and the quality of the other ones always tarnished just after a few months…. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

I lost my Husky 3 weeks ago after over 15 years of love and friendship. This is the perfect way to keep my girl close, instead of ashes I have put some of her fur inside of it. A previous review mentioned "smaller than expected" and I admit somehow I thought it would be larger, i was expecting dog tag size. It is a little over half that size, about 1" x 11/2". The picture and engraving came out perfect and it has a good heavy duty feel to it, both the charm and the necklace chain. It also arrived almost a week earlier than expected. So far I absolutely love it, will update the review if something changes, but I doubt it will!

Our cat died Christmas morning and our whole family was utterly devastated. I ordered this necklace for my daughter and let her pick the picture and design. I liked that it had printing on both sides so we could have his name on one side and his picture on the other, plus it holds some of his ashes. I didn't expect the picture quality to be great because it was a detailed picture on a small surface and he was such a handsome cat, but it's beautiful. I am actually astounded how perfect it is. Loading ashes into the chamber was easy with the funnel kit that came with it. My neighbor's rabbit died suddenly this week and I will be ordering another one of these for their daughter. Thank you for providing this touching memorial to our furry friends.

This item was a bit smaller than I expected but it was the perfect size for my 7 year old that I ordered it for. The engraving is absolutely beautiful and came out so good! I am so impressed at how well the picture came out. It was a little time consuming getting the ashes in because it’s so small but it was definitely worth it. Absolutely beautiful necklace and my son loves it. It arrived one day prior to shipping estimate which was a nice plus.UpdateThe necklace broke the second day my son wore it which was disappointing. I still love this product but you may want to consider investing in a sturdier chain.

This was a gift for my son, who is an Army veteran suffering with PTSD. His service dog had just passed away after 12 years of being with my son, helping him through good times and rough times. My son is still grieving and missing him so very much. He loves the pendant that I ordered from you, because it has a picture of Scotty Boy at the beach and a bit of his ashes in it. Great job!!
