Okay, so while setting up my fluval 207 I was watching the set up video from fluval. They get to a part where they tell you to cut 6 inches above your tank. I even had a measuring tape. NOPE. It was too short. I had to get some wood to lift up my canister under the tank just to make it work until I could get a new hose. Got a new hose, cut it longer this time, now it's perfect. Make sure to double check before you cut!And yes, this hose is one piece, meant to be cut in two. Kind of a pain. Other canister filters give you two separate hoses and then you cut them to size.

Perfect fit for my new setup in my turtles tank. We upgraded the tank size and needed a new piping. Easy plug in and getrdun. Tango has room to swim without worrying about his filter not reaching any longer.

I made the mistake of ordering this hosing for my Fluval 306, but it's the smaller diameter tubing for the 100 & 200 series. The rubber end that connects to the canister will fit a 300 series, but the open end is too thin for the 300 series rubber hose adapters that connect to the output spout. It's my fault for assuming all the hoses were the same, but maybe this will prevent someone else from making the same mistake.

If you have a Fluval 106/107 filter, and your hose breaks, this piece is what you need.

Worked perfectly so I can store the filter under my tank, the one that came with filter was not long enough for both hoses this is a must have for taller tanks
