Its not stretchy. This is literally just mesh fabric

I ordered 1 yard and got a piece of fabric 36" x 66" (including the selvedge). Not a standard width*, but plenty for my quick project.

would this be good as a screen for a tent?

I wouldn’t use this as a screen for a tent. It is more of a material used for clothing, like mesh on a basketball jersey. I think it is too soft and pliable for rugged outdoor use.

Would this be good to use in a costume mask to avoid people from seeing your eyes, but still having vision?

Yes but a darker color is better
